• Undertaking full credit reference checks.

• Preparing the Tenancy Agreement and arranging for signature by the Tenant(s) in accordance with current law. Renewing the Agreement where required at the end of the Term.

• Preparing Schedules of Condition where agreed

• Collecting the first month’s rent along with a security deposit, as cleared funds, from the Tenant(s) and forwarding to the Landlord’s nominated bank account.

• Arranging future rent payments.
