Your advert will be displayed prominently on the website for two weeks, and will
always appear at the top of the results page when people search for properties in
your area.
Virtual tours
Virtual tours are proven to be influential in helping people decide whether or
not to view a property.
The virtual tour offered with this package has an interactive floor plan allowing
potential purchasers to click on the hotspots and display the tour of the room of
your choice showing five further pictures of the property.
An agent on behalf of Bright Property will create your virtual tour. They will
contact you directly within 2 days of placing your advert to arrange a mutually
convenient appointment.
We recommend that the room/area you wish to feature in the tour is prepared in
advance, i.e. it is tidy, with items that you wish not to be displayed removed.
It is not the agent's responsibility to "dress" the room or move furniture.
Location map
Unlike other property websites, your property details page will feature
both a MultiMap and Google Earth link so people can get a good idea of the location,
and easily find your property when they come to view it.
Property details page
Your listing will be linked to your unique web page giving
full details of your property. This is the online equivalent
of an estate agent's marketing leaflet.
0870 Number
Having a 0870 number lets you keep your personal telephone number anonymous. It can be used with
your existing landline or mobile phone.
There is nothing for you to do, and no codes to remember - we arrange everything! You will receive
an email confirming activation of your number.
A call to a 0870 number is the same price of a standard national rate call from anywhere in the UK.

Interactive floor plan
An interactive floor plan allows potential purchasers to click on hotspots to
display the tour of the room of your choice showing 5 further pictures of the property.
Personalised sign
This professional sign can be personalised with a contact number of your choice.
We will then arrange for the board to be
erected outside your property, using a
professional Sign Fixing company. If there are special requirements regarding where
the board should go please email
us once you have placed your advertisement and we will try and assist you.
If you are marketing commercial property or land then you are permitted to use a larger board. The option is there if you think it would be more appropriate.
Additional Marketing
When you advertisement is made live on brightproperty.co.uk it will then be uploaded onto the other
portals and search engines on your behalf. Usually within 48 hours. The same property information and
contact details (where applicable*) will be displayed on all subsequent portals and search engine adverts.
In some cases the contact details will be specific to brightproperty.co.uk and all enquiries received for
you property are sent to direct to us, we will then immediately forward them on to you. There is nothing
for you to do, even if you amend your advert the changes will be uploaded onto the other search engines.
All that is required for you is to respond to the enquiries from interested parties.

Please note that with effect from the 14th December 2007 your property cannot be marketed if it is covered
under the scope of the Home Information Pack Scheme, until you confirm that a HIP has been obtained.
Adverts can be created on www.brightproperty.co.uk and will be pending within your personalised homepage.
As soon as you have received the information and confirmed within your advert that the HIP and EPC is
available then the advert will be made live and the marketing can start.
